Using journaling to help navigate BIG feelings.
October 10th is World Mental Health Day, so in this episode we’re diving into lots of BIG feelings and learning how we can use a journaling practice to help us navigate & move through them. I share some of my favourite journaling exercises and jump into some BIG listeners' questions on the topics of fear & getting out of your comfort-zone!
